Hop-It Holidays Camera Service

Hop-It Holidays runs a 24 hour camera service for owners to login in see the pets white they are with us. Indoor pets are fully viewed via 3 separate camera in the kitchen and bunny room and the garden has a big overview camera that see the garden as a whole but not induvial cottages. 

How to Download the apps 

Dont struggle if you cant follow this, give me a call.

  • Click the link above

  • Open the app and get to the login screen.

  • DO NOT SIGN UP OR REGISTER (if it asks you for a QR code then you have tried to sign up). You dont have a Hik connect account. You need to be logging into our guest account. See below

  • Login with the details we give you (on your reminder emails.)

  • Upon selecting a camera it will ask for a verification code - Enter 003044 for all camera. 

     

Head to the Apple Store

Search for and Download Hik Connect- For end user

  • accept and install the app

  • DO NOT SIGN UP OR REGISTER (if it asks you for a QR code then you have tried to sign up). You dont have a Hik connect account. You need to be logging into our guest account. See below

  • login with the details we have given you (on your reminder emails.)

  • when the camera askes for a verification code enter 003044 for all cameras.

Outdoor Cottage Camera terms and conditions

. Do not install the app on a childs phone under any circumstances

. DO NOT change any of the admin set settings on the app. Especially Sounds settings. If we see settings/ notifications being turned on / speakers turned on or speaker volume increased see the following;
---There will be a £20 fine for the changing of any settings set on the app.---

. If a siren is set off that camera will immediately be removed and disabled and cameras access withdrawn.

. The siren has to be intentianlly set off by confirming twice and changing the admin setting on speakers that we have set. It cannot go off by accident in anyway.

. If a siren goes off we can see which doorbell camera it was and the owner of the rabbit/s in that cottage will be fined £1000 immediately plus £1000 for each pet in residence that dies or is injured due to the siren going off and any and all vet fees incurred because off.

. If we still have issues moving forwards, all cottages camera will be removed and the service revoked for new customers.
